lamb of God

John 3:16 (KJV)
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

The month of Febuary is known as love month but we as Saints know everyday is about Love. The question is: Does God love me? You may think you are not worthy of such unconditional love. But God!!! He is just and faithful to forgive you of your sin and except you into the Body of Christ. We know that God truly loves us because the bible tells us so.

1 John 4:19 (KJV)
We love him, because he first loved us.

What is your outward sign that people will know that He loves you and you Love Him? In a marriage we wear a ring as an outward sign of our love and commitment. Where is the Joy of your salavation? Have you given love, received love, or simply shown the love of God lately? How deep is your Love for your God? What is it you would not do for God? These are just a few questions you should as yourself and get honest answers to equip you for the use of the Master. When we learn what the bible says and believe what it says, and live by what He says we will be so endowed with the manifold love of God that everyone will see His love and know that God is with you.

John 13:35 (KJV)
By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.

  • Ministering to the wants of others. Matthew 25:35; Hebrews 6:10
  • Loving each other. Galatians 5:13
  • Relieving strangers. Leviticus 25:35; Matthew 25:36
  • Clothing the naked. Isaiah 58:7; Matthew 25:36
  • Visiting the sick. Job 31:16-22; James 1:27
  • Sympathising. Romans 12:15; 1 Cor. 12:26
  • Supporting the weak. Galatians 6:2; 1 Thes. 5:14
  • Covering the faults of others. Proverbs 10:12; 1 Peter 4:8
  • Forgiving injuries. Ephes. 4:32; Col. 3:13
  • Forbearing. Ephes. 4:2
  • Rebuking. Leviticus 19:17; Matthew 18:15

Love Is of God. 1 John 4:7 (KJV)

Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.

Love is Taught by God. 1 Thes. 4:9 (KJV)

But as touching brotherly love ye need not that I write unto you: for ye yourselves are taught of God to love one another.

Supernatural gifts are nothing without Love. 1 Cor. 13:1-2 (KJV)

Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. [2] And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.

1 John 4:7-11 (KJV)

Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. [8] He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. [9] In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. [10] Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. [11] Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.

SAINTS SHOULD:

  • Put on love. Col. 3:14
  • Follow after love. 1 Cor. 14:1
  • Abound in love. Phil. 1:9; 1 Thes. 3:12
  • Continue in love. 1 Tim. 2:15; Hebrews 13:1
  • Provoke each other to love. 2 Cor. 8:7; 2 Cor. 9:2; Hebrews 10:24
  • Be sincere in love. Romans 12:9; 2 Cor. 6:6; 2 Cor. 8:8; 1 John 3:18
  • Be fervent in love. 1 Peter 1:22; 1 Peter 4:8
  • Should be connected with brotherly kindness. Romans 12:10; 2 Peter 1:7
  • Should be with a pure heart. 1 Peter 1:22
  • All things should be done with love. 1 Cor. 16:14

Mark 12:29-31 (KJV)

And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord: [30] And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. [31] And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.

Matthew 5:44 (KJV)

But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;

agapao, ag-ap-ah'-o; perhaps from agan (much) [or compare Hebrew 5689 (`agab)]; to love (in a social or moral sense) :- (be-) love (-ed). Compare Greek 5368 (phileo).

phileo, fil-eh'-o; from Greek 5384 (philos); to be a friend to (fond of [an individual or an object]), i.e. have affection for (denoting personal attachment, as a matter of sentiment or feeling; while Greek 25 (agapao) is wider, embracing especially the judgment and the deliberate assent of the will as a matter of principle, duty and propriety: the two thus stand related very much as Greek 2309 (thelo) and Greek 1014 (boulomai), or as Greek 2372 (thumos) and Greek 3563 (nous) respectively; the former being chiefly of the heart and the latter of the head); specially to kiss (as a mark of tenderness) :- kiss, love.John 21:14-17 (KJV)

This is now the third time that Jesus shewed himself to his disciples, after that he was risen from the dead.

[15] So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs. [16] He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep. [17] He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep.

Tip of the Month: No Matter what you learn It is worthless if you don't use it. This is why we are supposed to be not only hears of the Word but doers of the Word.

Monthly Instruction: First, review January's assignment. Where are you with getting it started? Did you do your map? Have you started getting your body in shape? Well today set yourself a goal to start. It may be a small start, but you must start. If you really want to be trained to Reign it is a must for you to follow God's instructions for your life. In the days up ahead you will need all that He is giving you to destroy the yokes coming your way. Ask the Lord; Lord, is this for me? What did He say? Then so be it.

Now For Febuary's Assignment.

We often hear people say Has God done anything for you? Well then Praise Him. Many would say this is somewhat pumping the people up, but if you believe that we overcome by the words of our testimony and the blood of the Lamb then you will not be ashamed and you will not need anyone to ask you if God has been Good to you. Praise is about what He has done for you.Your testimony will be about what you have experienced God do in your life. Not what the bank did but about the favor God gave you with the bank. Let's get it right. You don't have to be in church to tell it. It is when God has need of your testimony that it is require to say it loud. The devil has no place in your testimony. It is all about Jesus and what He has done for you. Jesus Blessed me to get a New Job, paying more than I could have imagined. Did the devil get any air time in that? Now Try telling your testimony to yourself in the mirror, start with He Loves Me.Then he saved me...and you can take it form there.......

Find someone you don't know and tell them that God Loves you.........

Find someone and tell them that Jesus Loves them......

Can you take the persecution, the mocking and the attempt to shut you up? They will hate you, curse you, and despitefully use you. It is coming, but you bless the Lord at all times, and let His praises be continually in your mouth. Always be in order in the House of God. If there is not a testimony service then you must get premission from the Pastor, or the Leadership of the church to do so. It is all about order and respecting the authority God has placed over you, and many people do not know how to testify without giving the devil airtime, We want to give God all the Glory. Amen? And some people are just looking for a spotlight. So don't let lack of knowledge cause offence. But you can tell it, on the streets, at the store, to your friends, we call it praise reports, It is where the Lord tells you to tell it, that lives will be changed, someone will be encouraged and hope in God can be restored.

Do something special for your familyto show your love towards them......

Do something special for your Pastor to show your love towards them......

Treat yourself as you would have others to treat you.

Shame on you, expecting people to treat you good and you don't do it for yourself....Bless you with a pat on your own back, tell you that you Love you, fix your favorite meal, go see the movie you want to see. I find quite often in marriage that there is no balance in what you do. It is either one extreme or the other. What do you want to do? Whatever you want to do. I don't care I just want to do what you want to do....and so on until one day you say we never do what I want to do.... Houston we have a problem. Where is the power of agreement? Find it !!! Make suggestions and get your spouse to make suggestions and then come to an agreement. News flash.....It is not always about the Kids... get a balance, get a sitter, let them car-pool to their function and you still can do what you want. Again get a balance. You car-pool others right.. Welllll How are you treating yourself in that...

Find someone to sow into to meet the need, ask God Who, and What to give.

When you give, give as unto the Lord.. You don't expect anything in return, and you don't go telling everybody what you did. You don't even have to explain, or ask them if they need it. Just know that God knows what they have need of and He is using you to supply it. He also knows that you obeyed and He will bless you openly.
